What do I do if my password is not working?
If you are having trouble with your login, please check which version of Internet Explorer you are running on your computer. You can find this out by going to the help menu in internet explorer and selecting the "About internet explorer". The version number is displayed on this page. If you have a version that is lower than a version 7, you will need to download a free upgrade from the net.
You can do this by visiting the Microsoft web site.

The information on the site is not updating.
Sometimes the browser saves information about the pages you have visited. To download "live information" from the web, sometimes pressing SHIFT(on the keyboard) and REFRESH (on explorer) can solve problems.
If this does not help, try going to the Tools menu, selecting internet options, general, and then in the section called Temporary internet Files, click the option to DELETE FILES. Also in the history box on the same page click the option to CLEAR HISTORY.
I cannot open pdf files.
The reports on this site are available only as pdf files. You will need Adobe Acrobat software to view these files. Adobe Acrobat is free internet software and can be easily downloaded by following the link provided:
