Craig completed a Science degree at Curtin University in 1972, and worked as a Pharmacist at SCGH for 12 years. Becoming more interested in financial issues in the early 1980’s, he completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment with the Securities Institute of Australia. He joined Gannon Growden Schonell & Associates Pty Ltd, in September 1988 and during this time he completed the necessary qualifications to become a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner.
Part of the reason for Craig wanting to learn more about investments was for his own personal experience, and this is a reason why investors seek his advice, as he is recommending strategies and investments that he considers appropriate for his own investing.
In recent years Craig has acquired additional qualifications to become a specialist in the self managed superannuation fund area of advice. He has a particular interest in retirement planning advice, as this has been a main area of focus, along with providing advice for many clients in the accumulation phase of their financial planning.
