Andrew is a Private Client Adviser in the Perth office for the Shadforth Financial Group.
Education and experience
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning through FINSIA (previously the Securities Institute of Australia). He has SMSF Specialist Adviser Accreditation through the Self Managed Superannuation Fund Association, ASX Listed Products Adviser accreditation, and has completed Foundation Training in Collaborative Law from Collaborative Professionals WA.
Having joined the Shadforth Financial Group in 1998 under the Graduate Recruitment program, Andrew held roles in portfolio administration, paraplanning and investment research before moving into an advisory role in 2003.
Andrew has the qualifications and experience to provide advice across all aspects of financial planning, including superannuation and retirement planning, wealth accumulation, risk management and life insurances. Self managed superannuation funds is an area that Andrew has specialised in through further studies and many years of experience. Andrew is also highly skilled in portfolio construction and investment advice, incorporating managed funds and direct equities.
Andrew was recognised in the Australian's Top 50 Financial Advisers in Australia, in association with Barron's in 2018.
Outside of work
Away from work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his young family, woodworking, golf,riding, surfing and camping.
