Alvin is a Certified Financial Planner®, which is currently the highest accreditation in the financial services profession. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (International Business) from Swinburne University and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning from Kaplan. Alvin continually devotes time into his professional development.
Alvin began his career working in a boutique financial planning business as a technical expert. He joined Shadforth where he held a similar position before progressing into a Private Client Adviser role. Alvin has developed specialist knowledge in areas such as cashflow modelling, debt management, superannuation, retirement strategies, tax planning, risk protection and estate planning. Alvin is a strong believer in providing clients with holistic and client centric advice that will put them in the best position to meet their goals and objectives.
Away from work, Alvin enjoys spending time with his friends, family and his dog, Kobi. He also enjoys travelling around the world to experience different cultures. Alvin is a sports fanatic and has particular interest in Cricket and AFL.
