If you're a client of the Shadforth Portfolio Service (SPS) and have registered for Shadforth Online, simply download the app and login using your existing credentials. You can register for online access via the browser or within the app.
You can find your account number on Shadforth correspondence such as your annual statement. Alternatively contact your adviser or call us on 1800 931 792, Monday to Friday 8am–6pm AEDT.

Yes. We take your privacy and data seriously and use pin and biometric identification such as fingerprint and facial recognition (where available) to ensure account safety. We'll also automatically block access after a number failed log in attempts.
