About Tim

Tim is a Private Wealth Adviser in the Hobart office for the Shadforth Financial Group.

Education and experience

Tim has provided professional advice for over 20 years and has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner, the industry's highest accreditation for 15 years.

Tim proactively delivers strategic and holistic financial planning and investment advice. He enjoys a close working relationship with clients and focuses on high level strategic advice and wealth accumulation and preservation. This includes cash flow  and portfolio management and selecting the most appropriate superannuation and investment strategy and structures.

He is a Financial Planning Association accredited Life Risk Specialist and holds a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning from the Financial Services Institute of Australia. Tim is also an associate member of the Financial Planning Association. Tim has a combined Bachelor of Commerce and Law degree from the University of Tasmania and a Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice. He has been admitted as a Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Tasmania and the High Court of Australia.

Tim is a multiple state winner of the Financial Planning Association's Professional Best Practice Award for a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®. Tim frequently ranks among the highest in client satisfaction survey scores at Shadforth.
