Nicole is the Head of State for Shadforth

In this role, Nicole is responsible for leading th e state team and creating an environment that facilitates the smooth delivery of our advice services.

Education and experience

Nicole has worked in the financial services industry since 1995, joining Shadforth Financial Group in 2004. Within this time Nicole has held a variety of roles within the business, including 15 years working as a Private Client Adviser where she enjoyed helping others achieve their personal financial goals. 

With this experience and industry knowledge Nicole developed a passion for leadership with a commitment and focus on supporting career development and building a collaborative culture to deliver high performance.

Nicole holds a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking), is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) practitioner and a member of the Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA).

Outside of work

Nicole is married with two children. In between running her children around Nicole keeps busy through her love of playing and coaching sport, and enjoying the Tasmanian outdoors. She also holds active roles on local sporting and charity Boards.
