Terry is the Chief Executive Officer for Shadforth

In this role Terry leads the Shadforth business nationally. Terry’s work focuses on sustaining a culture that places our clients’ best interests at the centre of all we do, and ensuring Shadforth advisers meet the quality benchmarks of the Australian advice industry.

Education and experience

Over a financial services career spanning 30 years, Terry has held senior advice roles with AMP, Integral Financial Planning, Precedent Financial Services and Plan B Wealth Management.

In the early 1990s, Terry developed the successful Executive Advisory model. This model recognised the unique needs of Perth's growing population of well-paid, financially literate but time-poor executives and professionals. A keen reader of both academic literature and observer of empirical evidence, Terry is a strong believer in the power of broad, market-based investment solutions to deliver reliable client outcomes.

Terry a holds a Diploma of Financial Planning and is a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP) practitioner.

Outside of work

Terry enjoys spending time with his wife and two adult children. A sports lover, he enjoys cricket, hockey and cycling. Terry is a founding member of the Squadra Barista cycling group.
